After nearly 100 years at its current headquarters site on Robinson Street in downtown Orlando, Dr. Phillips Charities is in the final planning stage for construction of a new headquarters.  To be located in the community founded by the Phillips family, the new headquarters will be on Dr. Phillips Boulevard in the Dr. Phillips community between The Marketplace and the Dr. P. Phillips YMCA.  Currently planned is an approximately 20,000 square foot facility that will house the sister charities of The Dr. P. Phillips Foundation and Dr. Phillips, Inc.  Construction is expected to start around February 1, 2010 and be completed in early 2011.  Periodic updates will be provided as construction progresses.
