As Vice President of Grants and Programs and Corporate Secretary for Dr. Phillips, Inc. and Executive Director and Corporate Secretary of The Dr. P. Phillips Foundation, Dr. Ann F. Manley is responsible for handling grant applications and administering grants based on recommendations from the Board.
Actively involved in the community, Manley chairs the Nonprofit Management Advisory Board for the University of Central Florida College of Health and Public Affairs Department of Public Administration and is past chair of the Orange County Commission on Aging. She is currently a member of the Community Leadership Council for the Howard Phillips Center For Children and Families, the Orange County Children’s Alliance, and the 2-1-1 Advisory Council. She is a past member of the Board of Shepherd’s Hope and the Center For Women’s Philanthropy.
Manley has been recognized twice as a child advocate. In 2004, she received the Child Advocate Celebrity Judges Award from the Orange County Citizen's Commission For Children. In 2009, the Howard Phillips Center For Children and Families gave her the Semper Fidelis Award for her unwavering dedication to Central Florida's children.
Manley holds a bachelor’s degree from Wells College, a master’s in urban and regional planning from Virginia Tech and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Central Florida.
